Processing Times
Processing times vary depending on the product ordered.
Items may be:
• Ready to dispatch
• Handmade or made to order
• Special order / sourced from trusted suppliers
Estimated dispatch times are shown on individual product listings where relevant.
Orders are normally dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
Where an order contains multiple items, including made-to-order pieces, we will usually dispatch the complete order together once all items are ready, unless otherwise agreed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, including tracking details where applicable.
Delivery Contact Details
For tracked and international deliveries, we may ask for a telephone or mobile number so our delivery partners (including Royal Mail and FedEx) can provide tracking updates, delivery notifications, or contact you if there is an issue affecting delivery.
