Nestled in the heart of New Lubbesthorpe, the Lubbesthorpe Village Market is a vibrant community event held on the second Saturday of each month. Located at The Square on Tay Road, adjacent to the primary school, the market welcomes visitors from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Since its inception in April 2023, the market has become a cherished gathering spot for residents and visitors alike. Patrons can explore a diverse array of stalls offering fresh produce, artisan breads, homemade cakes, handcrafted gifts, unique art pieces, and more.

Beyond shopping, the market often features engaging activities for all ages. Events have included children’s sunflower planting sessions and eco-sustainability initiatives like plant swaps and bug hotel building.  The nearby Hub offers refreshments and serves as a cozy spot to relax and connect with the community.

Managed by the Lubbesthorpe Parish Council, the market aims to foster community spirit and support local artisans and producers. Entry is free, and new vendors are always welcome to apply for a stall.
