If you have specific delivery instructions ie a safe place/neighbour to leave your parcel with please leave us a message at checkout. For tracked deliveries, it is important for us to have your email & contact number for our delivery providers.

Orders are dispatched 5 days a week (Mon - Fri), excluding Bank Holidays.

Delivery times are for in-stock products only.

We don't spilt orders for delivery so if your order contains multiple items of which at least one is Made to Order then we will dispatch your entire order once all items are ready.

Jewellery Care

To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, hairspray, and household chemicals.

Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, sleeping, or undertaking physical activities such as cleaning, gardening, or exercise.

Sterling silver naturally develops character over time and may gently tarnish when exposed to air or moisture. To maintain its shine, polish occasionally with a soft jewellery cloth and store separately in a dry jewellery box or pouch when not being worn.

Gold-plated and vermeil jewellery should be handled with extra care to help preserve the finish for as long as possible.
