Delivery Charges 

If you have specific delivery instructions ie a safe place/neighbour to leave your parcel with please leave us a message at checkout. For tracked deliveries, it is important for us to have your email & contact number for our delivery providers.

Orders are dispatched 5 days a week (Mon - Fri), excluding Bank Holidays.

Delivery times are for in-stock products only.

We don't spilt orders for delivery so if your order contains multiple items of which at least one is Made to Order then we will dispatch your entire order once all items are ready.

We know it’s hard buying jewellery & gifts online so if you are not 100% happy with your order and would like to return it, we offer exchanges / refunds on most items (excluding postage upgrades, personalised or custom made items)

Jewellery should be stored away seperately in an air-tight jewellery box
