Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. General Information

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring that your jewellery and gifts arrive safely and beautifully packaged. All orders are sent via trusted and insured delivery partners, and we offer both standard and express delivery options at checkout.

If you have specific delivery instructions (for example, to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place), please add these in the “Order Notes” section at checkout.

For tracked services, please provide a valid email address and telephone number so that tracking notifications can be sent directly to you by the delivery provider.

2. Processing Times

All items are handcrafted to order unless stated otherwise.

• Standard processing time: 5–10 working days before dispatch.
• During busy periods (for example, Christmas or sale events), processing times may be slightly longer.
  If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent, including tracking details where applicable.

3. UK Delivery

All UK orders are shipped from our Leicestershire head office .

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, weather conditions, or busy seasonal periods. Twelve Silver Trees is not liable for delays once your parcel is with the courier.

4. International Delivery

International orders are welcome and sent via tracked and insured services.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country.

United States

Customs & Import Duties:

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

5. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your delivery is delayed or goes missing, please contact us at info@twelvesilvertrees.com with your order number. We will assist in tracing your parcel through the courier.

If the parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, a replacement or refund will be arranged in line with our refund policy.

Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct; we cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

6. Gifts & Gift Wrap

We offer a gift wrap service that can be added on the product page.

If your order is being sent as a gift, you can request a gift note (no prices shown). To do so, please write “GIFT” and your message in the order notes section or email us after purchase.
