Baltic Amber Bee Brooch — Classic

Sterling Silver with Safety Clasp Pin

Bees have long symbolised harmony, dedication, and the delicate balance of the natural world. This Classic Baltic Amber Bee Brooch captures that meaning in a beautifully detailed piece, combining finely crafted sterling silver with the warm glow of genuine Baltic amber.

The bee’s body is formed from contrasting tones of rich cognac and soft milky amber, creating natural striped markings reminiscent of the insect itself. Each stone carries unique inclusions shaped over millions of years, ensuring every brooch is completely individual.

Intricately crafted sterling silver wings and body are enhanced with subtle oxidised accents, bringing depth and lifelike character to the design. Designed to sit elegantly on a jacket, coat, scarf, or lapel, it offers a distinctive yet wearable statement — perfect for everyday styling or special occasions.

The brooch is secured with a sturdy silver pin and safety clasp fitting, allowing it to be worn with confidence while maintaining comfort and security.

Artisan made in sterling silver and thoughtfully selected for the Twelve Silver Trees collection, this piece makes a meaningful gift for nature lovers, bee enthusiasts, or anyone drawn to jewellery with symbolism and character.

About the collection

Our collection of high quality baltic amber jewellery is set in 925 sterling silver and consists of earrings, bracelets, brooches & pendants.

An incredible piece of natural history made from fossilised resin deposited from prehistoric trees, the beauty of Baltic Amber has made it a glowing organic gemstone that continues to allure its wearers.

All our jewellery in this collection genuine Baltic Amber, we do not sell reconstituted or synthetic Amber of any description.

What is Amber?

Amber is a fossilised tree resin dating back around 40-60 million years ago, from the Eocene era.
The original trees that oozed amber resin are long extinct, leaving behind a history of natural beauty. Found along the shores of the Baltic Coast Amber in its complete natural form, is rock-like and usually opaque in colour.
Most amber is associated with its well known yellow-orange-brown cognac hues. However, there are numerous different shades, from a brittle white color through to citrus yellow, brown and even black.
Other uncommon colours include cherry red, green and even blue, a rare Dominican amber.
